The crochet work reminds me of grandma! The cotton fabric has a nice, soft texture. Ample sized. These sheets need to be ironed!

The bottom sheet, the top sheet, and one pillow case were perfect. I was sad to discover that the second pillow case was apparently cut on the bias. I say this because one side seam was not straight.

I absolutely love these sheets! I have wanted these for about 7 years, and finally splurged on them. It actually was worth it, since I have not needed to replace them every season like I had been doing prior to finding these. I was so tired of buying sheets every three months, because they would get nubby. I remember the days when sheets got better with age, back about 20-30 years ago. These sheets are incredibly soft, and get better with age. They also wash well, and are not a wrinkled mess like so many of today's sheets. I love these so much that I bought two additional sets. I wish they cost a bit less, though, then I could justify buying even more!!!

A really beautiful and well made sheet set with gorgeous thick embroidery at top of the sheet and the pillowcases. Difficult to find linens of this quality with such romantic appeal.
