The hand made quality in addition to the sentiment make this a great charm and gift. The size is perfect for a multicharm necklace and the quality is on par with what i've come to expect from Sundance products.

I returned this item. I would have been embarrassed to give this to my daughter. This demonstrates the downside of on-line purchases. It wasn't even in a heart shape - just a square. I seriously doubt I will purchase anything form Sundance again. Shame on your company for even offering such junk.

Again, while this is cute and a nice charm, it is a lot smaller than it looks in the catalog. I have this coupled with the hope cross and it's hardly noticable. A little bigger would have been nice. Its smaller than a dime.

I "love" this charm. How could you not love a charm that is handmade and heartshaped! And says "loved" on it?!! Even if it hides under the other charms on the necklace, you know it's there, just like love . . .

Family Circle Charm Too Thin...

I ordered the Family Circle charm and when it arrived it was a thin sliver of metal. So thin, that it kept flipping backwards on my chain revealing the shiny underside of the charm. It looks nothing like the picture and I was very disappointed with it. I returned it.

I was disappointed in the quality of the loved charm. Its not as nice as its pictured. Very thin and kind of expensive for what it it. It looked like the heart for the heart/peace sign charm, which I think is quite nice....
